Well, he's a helluva good soldier, I'll give him that. Truth be told, I don't know that much about him as a person. I'm not sure I want to, either. I... look, I know I have issues with the US military, I freely admit that. But I just don't think he gets it--the foe we're up against, the limits of our resources, everything we have to struggle with every day of our lives. He just doesn't comprehend it and I don't have the energy to try to explain it to him.

I just hope that doesn't bite him too hard in the ass when we get to Mongolia.
